The supremely lovely Clare and Simon got hitched on a sunny day with a beautiful tipi at the incredible and awe-inspiring Brinkburn Priory in Northumberland. Oozing warmth and fun, this lovely pair filled the day with so many thoughtful personal touches to make sure everyone enjoyed themselves and that everyone felt welcome from both sides of the pond (at the time of wedding planning these guys were mid-move to New York!) Everyone got stuck in, and with so much to do and see, the day was buzzing from start to finish and I loved every second. Thank you so much to my second shooter extraordinaire, my good friend and incredible photographer Mary McQuillan, who came along to support me (I was 7 months pregnant when I shot this wedding!) and who completely dazzled me with how many incredible images she took. Huge congratulations also to the lovely bride and groom who have since become proud parents to little Joe! Here are some of my favourites from the day… it really made me smile looking back on these.
