Terms & Conditions

The venue will be confirmed nearer the date of the workshop. However, it will be central within the city and easily reached if arriving by train or public transport.
To secure your place, the full balance of £350 is payable.
Any balance not paid within one month of the workshop will be deemed a cancellation.
Tickets are non-refundable, including if you are unable to attend on the day. Capacity is limited, it may not be possible to resell your ticket, and bookings with venues and catering will be booked and paid for based on numbers of anticipated attendees.
If you know in advance you won’t be able to attend, places are transferable, so you are welcome to sell your ticket and notify Anna Hardy Photography of the change of attendee. Alternatively, you may cancel this booking at any time by giving written notice to Anna Hardy Photography (via anna@annahardy.co.uk) but in doing so no refund will be given.
If Anna Hardy Photography has to cancel or reschedule the booking due to reasons beyond her control (e.g. death, injury, sickness, force majeure), alternative dates will be offered wherever possible. If total cancellation is necessary, her liability will be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Anna Hardy Photography will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or damages (such as travel expenses) due to cancellation – it is the responsibility of the client to take out insurance protection to cover themselves against any such potential costs.
It is the sole responsibility of the client to arrange adequate insurance protection to cover themselves, their equipment and belongings in the event of any loss, theft, damage, injury or cancellation incurred via a workshop with Anna Hardy Photography. All clients attend workshops at their own risk; Anna Hardy Photography cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to themselves or their equipment / belongings. Whilst every precaution is made to ensure that workshops are safe for clients, it is the responsibility of clients to act in accordance with their own judgment to ensure that safety remains a priority on all occasions.
Anna Hardy Photography holds full Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
If the client has any medical/health considerations, including dietary or accessibility requirements, it is their responsibility to advise Anna Hardy Photography at the time of booking.
Anna Hardy Photography will keep confidential any information communicated to her for the purposes of the workshop, except where it is reasonably necessary to enable Anna Hardy Photography to carry out her obligations in relation to the workshop.
